When applicants apply for membership in the Metrolina Trials Riders club they and in some case their parents or guardians supply personal information about the applicants on forms provided by the organization.  This information is recorded by the club in its membership roster and is not kept on any public server or transmitted over the internet during collection.

    From time to time Metrolina Trials Riders club may publish information about its membership in a directory made available to the public. There is a prominent check box provided on the membership application form to opt-out of being published in this or any dissemination of private information to the public.
